Surely Elites and Skycigs etc were never made to be used as a permanent alternative to smoking? I have always considered them to be for use only in places and at times where the tobacco ban was in force, like on trains, buses, planes or in buildings. As soon as it was okay to smoke, the user would return to his or her favourite form of nicotine intake.
It is only those who had personal reasons for wanting an alternative to smoking that went on to search out a better form of e-cigs and e-juice.
There will always be a market and a need for the Elite type e-cig, if only amongst those that prefer their nicotine in cigarette form, hence the fact they will continue to prefer e-cigs that look like cigarettes.

Things may have changed since I spent a long time investigating implants, but the Euro has come round a bit again...and Hungary is one of the places that seems to offer the best deals. Some of the Hungarian dental clinics also offer pre-assessment and aftercare in the UK, too.
