hello
i been vapeing for a couple months and thinking of upgrading my kit at the moment i am using a Joyetech 1000mah eGo-C Upgrade kit and happy with it but would like to get a VV device from what i see it's all about the Provari which looks and preforms very good from all the reviews i have seen and theirs the Lavatube V4 which has good reviews it it worth paying the extra £120 on the Provari ? is it just for the name ? i know the quality looks a lot better that the Lavatube V4 i know the Joyetech eGo-C Twist VV is cheap but if i'm spending £25 of a Battery i rather put a bit more to it and buy a Lavatube V4 or Provari Mini
thanks

I'm the wrong person to answer you really Hitman, as the Provari would be my first choice every day of the year . . . there is a very good reason for the price difference between the two devices.
But, that's not to diss the Lavatube in anyway, I've got two . . . an original black model - which is still going strong a year some on and a SS Mini, which is an excellent vape as well.
Between the two though . . . a Provari for me.

I thought of this but if its a Provari would you have to use those atties that you have to wire up?

No suede, a Provari (and a Lavatube) have a 510 fitting so will take any standard clearo, carto etc

No..The Provari or the LT are just big battery VV mods with native 510 connections.. You can use either with all attachments..Obviously if the attachment is not 510 threading or is skirted you have to use a adapter. There are some decent quality LT's floating around off late. This one looks particulary good; www.red-dragon-smoker.de/RedDragonSmoker-p695h3s98-SGL-Lavatube-Lambo-1.html

I am sure blakey means Z Max..
There are tuned versions out in the market now showing Vrms voltage rather than the V average of the orginal version. If you can get hold of one of those, they are very good..

vw is just confusing us newbies even more lol only just getting our heads around vv Suede asked Now I have a question... Would there be any point buying a Provari to use with a clearo or a nova ? Would we see any benefit from our big bucks battery case or would it be a waste of dosh ? I am interested in coiling and wicking but need to read more before I take the plunge into diy. I am ok changing the heads on my mini nova but not confident to try the complete diy thing yet.

Now I have a question... Would there be any point buying a Provari to use with a clearo or a nova ? Yes and yes . . . because whatever you screw into it, will function that bit better, as you have greater control Balllsy. On mine I use, Vivi Nova's, atomisers, cartos . . . anything really in addition to rebuildables.

I love a carto on a provari, just seems smoother, maybe macca can help, is it Just a case of precise voyage regulation during the button press? It just seems right, I too was dubious as to a provari doing anything different than a twist but yet it does, twists are fine vv batteries tho
