I finally found my all day vape... Mintoff, i love it, but i have had terrible heartburn for days now, could it be whats in it or because its 20mg nic, i usually use juices at 18mg nic. Im really gutted because i love the flavour but started vaping it on Thursday and on Saturday up until today if i vape it i get bad heartburn

I've never heard of vaping causing heartburn Shelly, and you're not swallowing the juice so nothing is being ingested. Probably a coincidence?

I Hope so oneday, was not sure whether the higher nic might be the cause or maybe something in the mint flavouring.

I get heartburn from vaping...
I used to get it a lot more when I first started but now it's occasional..I just manage with OTC tablets..

Used to get terrible heartburn when I first started vaping, had to drop my nic levels down, had it at the mini meet I went to the other day because I was trying flavours that were to high nic level for me. Can garantee you 100% if I up my nic, the heartburn moves straight in.

I have about 25mls of 20mg Mintoff and 30mls 20mg Arctic cherry i am going to have to get rid of now...i think it must be the higher nic, maybe just a bit too high for me

If its the mintoff that Jason stocks, he will make it to any strength nicotine you want.
I get heartburn occasionally, but used to get it when i smoked too, so did`nt connect that it could be a side effect of vaping.

Shelly you can always dilute those juices down. Quickest way is with some VG from Boots, but that will also dilute the flavour a bit. The best way is to buy the same juice at a low nic level and mix them

I have found that lowering the nic level drastically reduces heartburn

Could always ask your doc for some lansoprazole or omeprazole....a tablet for heartburn/indigestine which you take before eating/whatever and which stops your stomach producing excess acid..or something.... Or is that going a bit far for simply the love of an all day vape? (the answer is no )

If you add the same quantity of 20m mintoff to 0 mg mintoff it'll become 10mg strength.
So you define your target strength and dilute to suit..
