Cartomisers compatible with VIP

Hi

Am new to vaping but loving it - I have the VIP throwaway cartomisers which I like but want to go onto 0% flavoured ones - like the ones sold by E-Cig, Green Smoke, etc.

Does anyone know what cartomisers will screw straight on to my VIP battery please?

Hello & welcome Samurai

The VIP is an RN4081 fitting & I don't think there are any vendors in the UK selling cartomisers for them these days However, you should be able to refill your VIP cartomisers several times before throwing them away

Hi Samurai and welcome to the forum.

I started with VIP and had to buy an adapter to use the boge cartos with their batteries.
Your best bet though, is to buy an ego battery, which is 510/ego fitting so almost any cartos/clearos will fit.

That's a shame :-( I can get the cartridges from VIP still but they only do 24mg or 16mg nicotine and I'd like to have zero. Also sorely tempted by the chocolate ones!
Any ideas?

In the long run, you'll be better off buying a new kit. Until then, have you kept some of the old carts? You can always fill them with 0% juice.

Sound like you are going hard at quitting nicotine too?

What's the plan?

Think I have a few old carts hanging about - never could bring myself to chuck them out lol!

I shall buy some juice and see how I go with that. Still got about 10 carts left to use.

Prefer vaping to smoking but thinking as it's the action I like rather than the nicotine it might be an idea to go zero!!

Brian, I'm really not with it today I completely forgot about advising Samurai that she could buy a 4081 - 510 adapter to use 510 cartomisers on her VIP - glad you are on the ball

Off to find a link to someone still selling 4081-510 adapters

The only supplier that I know does the same fitting as VIP is The Smokers Angel, but I would agree with the other posts you would be better off refilling the VIP cartos or moving up to a bigger battery like an ego or Riva. Dave
