Does anyone make cards?

I'm planning on making my own wedding invites for wedding next year and have a plan in my head. The problem is the card blanks will be quite difficult for me to cut out - and I wanted to see if I could buy some online - but have no idea what they'd be called, and cant find what I'm looking online! Kind of hoping that if I describe them someone could tell me if I'd be able to buy them anywhere!

They're gatefold cards (left and right folded in to meet in the middle at the front) but I want a rectangle near the top that sticks out of the left hand fold and locks into a precut rectangle on the right hand fold Ive seen them with a rectangle / square pasted on the left side that overlaps the right hand side - but not one where they lock together

Have you got any pics of the type of this you want? I can't picture it but if I can see it I can give you an idea of how to replicate it. Theres a shop up here called country baskets and you can buy loads of crafty things there but I think your too far away.

I'm looking at wedding stuff at the moment although we haven't set a date yet - site I'm searching on is diywedding.ie but there must be lots in the UK. Would love to see what you mean as I can't imagine it

Ooooo you can buy from country basket online or there are other shops too you've got to become a member before you can see the prices but ive just joined up online and it's free. I've always got with a friend who had a card lol I'm now getting my own card in the post.

Lol you any good at wall papering? That's what I've been attempting to do on my day off. Didn't go to plan. Anyway back to cards now I've got a better idea of what I'm looking for will get hunting.
