jus realised ive not vaped since friday evening
im laid in bed all weekend with a bad back and ive not touched the provari.
i did make some tobacco concentrate earlier but back was hurting so went back to bed
now what should i do
see how long i can go without vaping, dont really feel the need for it at the moment

Commiserations on the bad back mate  mine is half way to the knackers yard as well. When you don't feel the need, then why worry? If you want to do it later, then do, it's pretty simple  |

Hi Mat sympathize with u...had a back problem for years after putting 2 discs out....flares up every so often... hot water bottle..... bed.... hot whisky with honey....helps to numb it a bit Im sure u will b vaping when u feel better  |

If you feel happy without it, that's great. Wouldn't it be nice not to be reliant on anything at all Having said that if, when you feel better you want to vape then again, great , anything is better than smoking. Hope your back improves soon. |

HI 2 MONTHS AGO I WAS HOSPITALISED FOR 10 DAYS BEFORE THAT I HAD VAPING FOR 7 MONTHS ON 36mg STRENGTH WHEN I CAME OUT OF HOSPITAL I STARTED VAPING AGAIN WITH ZERO NICOTINE AND IT DIDNT BOTHER ME BUT I STILL LIKE VAPING

Hope your fee better soon mat. If it makes you feel any better, I had a couple of days off vaping again. And asked myself the same question again. And I weren't even injured. But now tugging on my ggts and ody.
