Nice Lavatube offer with Zainy

Just orderred this from Zainy, looks like good value to me for a VV device, less than 20 quid including shipping. It`s body only and takes an 18650 battery, which is giving me two days plus from a similar device. I like my tastes so I am running it at 3.3v on a 2200mah battery which gives me two days plus per charge. Of course you are gonna need a charger and a couple of batteries as well, but if you are looking for a replacement this looks good . It only comes in chrome finish. Rob ;-)

Ebay have them very cheap, certainly for the chargers, I bought a couple of batteries, they are ex equipment, but they are Samsung and last so well, they are the ones I was talking about above, just £6 for two including postage in the UK, he`s a UK seller as well. Message that seller on Ebay and offer him £6 for two Samsung 18650s, that`s what I did, had them two days later. Dont buy Ultrafire or most of the other ones on Ebay, they are generally less than half the quoted mah`s. You only need a single bay charger, you will always have one in the device.

I dont know what make of batteries Zainy sells, you may want to message them before buying any from them, cant see any maker`s names on any of them, prices LOOK good lol, but you dont know what you are getting and it is a bit of a minefield with 18650 batteries

If this is coming from the US it could get stuck in customs are you might have to pay a hefty fee. Just something to consider.

I think it is from China, put three similar orders there before, never had an issue.

Yes, not sure what you mean, but yess, I have had three orders from them , took about 14 days average to get here, but that is pretty good from China on cheap shipping charges ;-)

Looking at the site I'd say most of the stuff is Chinese knock offs/copies myself.

Could still get stopped by customs and levied with a pretty decent sized customs charge. yes I know you've ordered a few times, and so have I, and its gone straight through, but other times it can, and it has been stopped for duty to be added, only order if you're prepared to pay the tax to customs and charges that royal mail add on.

Think of it as more of a bonus when it doesn't get stopped...

That`s fair enough, but I have made about 20 separate purchases so far from different sellers in China, and havent paid a penny in customs or charges, nearly all by China airmail. It`s a risk you take, but as long as you arent greedy and dont get too much, you seem to get away with it most of the time, all of the time in my case

You can buy this almost identical device in the UK on offer for £56, reduced from £65, also includes one battery at SAFERCIGS.

Yep... I believe the group buy from here never got stopped for several orders too, that is until, yep, you guessed it, it got stopped It's just common sense to have money set aside for customs and be prepared to pay it if needs be, if not needed, another bonus. You are right though, they seem to be a lot more relaxed about china for some reason, and things will get through more often than not. Maybe they have so much coming through from China, via sites like ebay, and China is notoriously cheap, so much of it will fall under the £15(?) limit.
