Wooden stand

In the past couple of months I've seen some great wooden stands for vaping gear.

My woodwork skills being up there with my needlework and nuclear engineering skills, I've asked my bored retired old dad to make me one (he has the proper tools - whereas I'm not sure how easy it is to bore holes with a screwdriver and a kitchen meat tenderiser...)

Now I can measure the vivi nova, mini nova, kangers etc and also my Clockworks RDA, but I have a feeling that in the next month or so I'll be buying a lavatube v4 and I definitely have a Aga-T coming in the group buy.

So my question is... (you knew it was coming!)... what diameter holes will I need for the lavatube and aga - and also I suppose what depth will the lavatube hole need to be?

I know you clever bods out there will know this... and should I ask for some extra holes for further purchases in the future - if so, at what diameter??

i would say a 30mm diameter hole about 70-80mm deep should work

stick them on a peice of paper draw round them and it will give you a larger diameter so as they wont be too tight and you can measure the diameters on the paper

20 mm for the LT and 24 mm for the aga-T.

The depth depends on how recessed you want the LT to sit..Might be a good idea for it sit so that all the buttons are exposed so approx 60-65 mm deep.

Holes 7/8th of an inch in size (22.25 mm) will fit almost all 18650 sized mods and attachments and you can always open a hole out but you can't make it smaller.

The aga-t is bigger than my LT,now I need a bigger mod for cosmetic reasons

I saw wooden stand and thought it was a prop for thoughs that wouldnt stand but needed a wood to do the job they dindnt want to

My LT4 is 22mm in diameter, possibly slightly more at the base, I think the AGA-T will look fine on it, although the combined length could be interesting, it's only just short enough to fit in my coat pocket now, with a nova on top. Might need to buy a new coat #icon_rofl#
