New VV and Variable Wattage device from Zainy

Reports are that there is a 6 watt bug in these devices, ie., ONLY when set to 6 watts it puts put more power than it should..

I am reliably informed that any other wattage is fine.

Some very vey sad news for me today.
I followed the ems tracking site here in Thailand for 2 large orders i had placed and this is what it said:
Delivery Date : November 20, 2012
Delivery Time : 09:00-11:59
Signature Name : SEIZED by customs ELECTROSNIC CIGARETTE..
Org Name : Bangkok EMS Centre
Type Of Scan : Successful

And that was the same for both orders.
Lost a shit load of money, I guess they won't let me have them as it is ilegal in Thailand.
Just hope nothing else comes of it all.
All my small personal packages have always arrived fine, but these 2 orders were very big.

I also think now my address will be black listed to, and this is a same s I have 2 or 3 personal small orders heading to me too.

Probably yes, but if you agreed to accept the customs risk when you ordered - it wouldn't be the right thing to do.

If the risk was with the sender, then yes - you should get it back under 'item not received'.

Difficult vapermorphs, if you knowingly attempted to import something illegal into your country, I don't think morally you could hit the vendor for a refund.

The only reason I know it's classed as a 'Banned' item for here is that I have done a loto f searching about this.
It is very hard to find any official evidence on the net about Thailand, even the customs Thai website doesn't even have it in as classed, the vendor in China didn't even know.

This was not talked about with the Chinese vendor.
I get what you mean Jason, luckily all small orders get here no problems, as per yours yesterday.
Even if say one of the small packages I order from either you or a UK vendor did get seized I'd just let it go, as it's only a small amount of money.
But this one is not small.
Won't be doing this again though, only small personal stuff from now on, no silly big orders for me trying to be a vendor out here.

Real shame as there are lots of ex-pats who are up for buying the stuff from me but looks like that's not going to happen.
