Here is some pics of mods I have made as spares (you need spares ) the first one is a box mod runs on 4x1.2v AAA rechargeable batteries output 4.6v, second one is a touchwood lookalike sorta thing, has a ego electronics fitted in and runs on a 14500 battery, third one is torch mod runs on a 18650 battery and the last is a baccy tin mod same batteries as the first one and also has storage space for liquid Attachments:

Thank you for your replies, here is a pic I forgot to post , the wood mod is made from wood found in a skip and aluminium from a scrapyard so it was a cheap build on the safety side of all these mods they all have hot springs and vent holes, thanks Mac Attachments:

The batteries are good for about 4ml using the viva nova with 2.4ohm atomiser, they are 1.2v 1000mah shops own brand.

I've not made a mod yet but if it's safe to use rechargeable AA and AAA batteries then I may have to look into it more... You can get 3200mah rechargeable AA batteries now iirc, deffo 2800mah anyway.
My 1st will ve basic but if I get good, then I plan on using a classic game boy... I could use the screen to show voltage, battery life and atty ohm, and even use some of the buttons to control the voltage / menu.
