Draw problem with new CE5

Help required please! A friend has just bought a starter kit with CE5s and one of them is hardly drawing at all - it's a major job to suck enough vapour through to satisfy. We've checked with another of my batteries and no change.
Any advice or help anyone can offer please?

had same problem with mine
A: make sure you not screwing mouth piece in to tight,finger tight helps
B: when drawing make sure you hold it fully horizontal
C: if one leaks now not saying it will,read some have this worked may just have been lucky,take it apart and dump the lot in a breakfast bowl and pour hot water,leave for about 20secs ,remove and dry, reassemble,stopped mine leaking,basically it contracts and re seals
D: use bit of tissue and clean inside battery connection,you may notice tissue damp thats juice gone down center hole
E: sometimes i have to tip it when all together as wick seems not to draw juice up,so fuild goes round top rubber after that you could say its been re primed lol
F: make sure the batts are fully charged,lucky i have a mobile usb wall charger that works and i leave it charging for a good 5 hours,usb charging off a pc will take a while,theres a post for laptops not chrging them properly i would mainly put that down as there not plugged to mains and running off battery power,as most laptops go to power saver mode to lenthgen battery usage

Andy - many thanks for your post, really helpful! I'll forward this to my mate and see if this helps. I think he was gong to disassemble, clean and put together to see if this makes a difference, if not, then return to supplier to see if they will replace.

I dont think the supplier will replace it because these items should be doa items
