Judge Leon is fair and honest, but he will follow the law. Let's hope that the FDA's argument is as weak and pathetic, as it has been.

Aww thanks guys. They'd better not carry you away Jerry, or I'll ninja Doodle them! I must admit, I do have some concerns about the FDA's examining TW's site with a magnifying glass... there is some devilishly scary stuff there!  However, the FDA doesn't seem to have a clue how to push their BS in the Courts, and if it's back with Judge Leon, it looks like a slam dunk.... Just depends what they can uncover, I spose. Back to wait and see, I guess.... |

The FDA could use that as an argument that e-cigs are being promoted to children. I think that argument would still be weak, because there is no evidence that children are using e-cigs, but I think that TW should have used more discretion when they set up their site. |
