I don't know, Scylla, but if they are going to file a lawsuit against the FDA, probably not. Otherwise, why would they bother ?

Thanks Jerry, just got that info in an email from TW. It's interesting that Jason has recently changed what he was calling his e-cigs. E-NI's did sort of make them sound a bit like some sort of drug paraphernalia, but adding the C & calling them E-NIC's is a better idea - I think  |

No, TW's lawsuit hasn't hit the docket sheet yet, Julie will let us know when it does.
