I have been vaping, and a member of e cigarette forums since 2008, and the reason is started selling these products is because I was and still am wholeheartedly a massive fan and supporter. I know personal circumstances isn't a strong enough to excuse myself, but all i can say is i am deeply sorry for what happened, i am not a bad man, and was just going through some very ropey times.

Should you not have investigated & fulfilled ALL outstanding issues prior to relaunching? There are so many excellent vendors out there I don't see the point in risking disappointment unless YOU are prepared to redeem yourself by risking despatch before payment, as Wayne posted above.
