Different mini nova heads

Hi,

I got a mini nova from vape escape, which has these heads



Love the nova so ordered a second, this time from health e vape.

I assumed it would be the same but it had these heads



My question is are the heads interchangeable? Or can they only be used with the nova's they came with?

I think the bottom ones are short wick V5 ones, I'd "guess" if the tops are different, the top ones look to be concave at the top where the bottom ones are convex (AKA pointy) probably not.

I have both old and new style tanks so I should give it a go and report my findings.

Good question.

I *considered* buying a mini nova from Health-e-vape (they are only £6.99 i.i.r.c.) but came to the decision they were different to the VapeEscape ones.

Now we know.....

The lower ones look like short wick V3 heads, they might work, but I'd say the mini vivi nova needs either long wicks or lots of "tilting" to get the liquid up to the top.

Either way, I'm sure it's all useable stuff.

Crap, sorry, they are both long wick, I didn't notice the wicks being different, was looking for more the shape when I looked for pics

Your looking at the ce5 / vivi nova v5 / stv short wicks. They are not interchangeable.
I have also decided even though they won't leak if you screw it together tight enough, they hold condensation build up on top.

True, I've noticed after around 2ml out of the tank the top of the Vivi has a fair bit of e-liquid in the cup.

Yeah, I have the mini nova from vape escape, then I ordered the full sized nova tank and the mini nova from health e vape, I should have checked they all had the same heads, or just stuck with vape escape, but either way I have 6 heads for the vape escape nova and 6 for the other two so should last me a good while.

Just wasn't sure if they were interchangeable or not.

I'm using this one and my mrs is using the ce5 rebuildable

Dunno about you? I'm finding the draw a little in the airy side though (don't get me wrong it's nice when it works) but it's still leaving me a little... needing.

Have you tried covering 1 of the holes? I thought it was a better draw than my mini nova lol
