No vapour from my juice

So I got some juice today, 10 bottles of 10 ml, all the same
I've got it from this guy before, always good clouds of vapour with this type I get.
Anyway, it says on the bottle pg/vg mix
same as it always does, this Thai guy has no idea about the % side of this though.

Anyway, I filled up my nova and started vaping, there was very very little vapour so I carried on anyway.
Finally I thought, it must be the head gone on the Vivi nova, so I put on a new one.
Still the same there was really no real vapour or taste.

So then I decided to fill another nova I have, still the same
Then, as I had 10 bottles, I tried another bottle, still the same.
I emptied out the juice, filled the nova back up with my other juice and it was all fine lots of taste and vapour, so I know it's not the nova problem or the bat.

Has this ever happened before to anyone?
Could it be something like a pg / vg mix problem?
Would a real high pg mix give no vapour?

I will go and see him again tomorrow and let him try it all out, then see if he will change them all.

I once bought a 100% PG eliquid. it did produce vapour but not much and it annoyed me loads!
I could have put my head in the freezer and got more vapour production just from breathing out! lol

I've found that really fresh eliquid (less than 24hrs old) can be vaguely non vapour producing. But tbh I'm not sure if that's just my imagination.

What % pg/vg was it? It could be the percentages got messed up? What is the consistency of the liquid like when you fill a tank?
