Have tried putting the coil out a bit. Still no joy. Not under warranty as like I took the shrink wrap off by mistake (have been using electrical tape. No probs)....
Just won't vape when I put it in. Yes batteries are fully charged

have a look at the underside of the base and inspect it very carefully to see if there are any hair line cracks in the brass

When my kick packed up I sent it back and I THINK the blue thing that's ontop was replaced And it was returned to me.
I think you'll be hard pused to fix it to be honest. I've just orderer d a spare as they are on sale atsafer cigs for next 24 hours.

Thanks jay jay... I just ordered so I have my kick back  ...Makes vaping so much easier....though to be honest I'm finding the torchy boy batteries with the vivi nova just fine.... Might cancel and like just use those Jane |
