OK... the sanding is finished Take three bits of 2" x 1" timber and drill holes as in this badly drawn diagram: Holes on the top row are 25mm for larger mods and 16mm for ego-type Holes on the bottom row are 18mm for Penelope and 16mm for mini novas The middle bit has no holes. Glue/screw the top piece on top of the middle piece Glue/screw the bottom piece to the front of the middle piece Paint to suit your mood or decor Voila - no more e-cig dominoes Edit to add: note the empty middle hole awaiting Zmax clone

Nice Oneday I love the ones my husband made me but he needs to do me another now or mod one of mine for my Juno to have a hole to sit in, I dropped her three times yesterday thankfully she is fine though.

I designed mine slightly different to oneday. I bought a short length of 35mm x 25mm pine. Cut 2 lengths 200mm long. One piece I laid flat & drilled with 25mm holes. The other piece I stood on end & drilled 16mm holes. All these holes are drilled right through. I then butted the 2nd piece up to the back of the first & secured with wood glue. As a finishing touch, I've attached felt feet to the corners. This stops any slipping & also raises the block for added stability. I still have to stain it yet. * I also sanded the facing edges. I started with this one. I then added a charging bay. Then added a mixing bench. And will probably have to move into the garage soon.

I'm in awe at all these woodworking skills! Perhaps I'll have a go myself, but I doubt I'll be posting pictures of the end results

Dave it's the first time I've done anything like this since woodwork class at school It's a bit rough and ready but it serves it's purpose

Aye, but my dogs would find another use for a Tree Trunk!!!
Hear about the dog that was surrounded by 4 trees?
He didn't have a leg to stand on.
