Today, I am not happy.

I received an email today asking for me to remove a review on a reviews website for a "high quality" and "much-loved" mini e-cig.

The "independent" web site were only prepared to stand behind my comments in the event that I sent them

1) a receipt for the e-cig and accessories
2) My full name, my address and phone number. w.t.h.

I explained I did not want to edit or modify my post.

I then cut and pasted ALL the negative comments about this product and asked if they were planning to remove all those posts as well....

Now the review website know who I am (it says so on my email account) so I have backed down and asked for my comments to be removed.

djs 0 - big business 1. no extra time or penalties. I lose, they win.

I am genuinely concerned. So much for a "free" internet.

I wait to hear from the people at their HQ (the review company) that deal with privacy policies and legal matters.

Oh yes. I haven't been around long enough to know the full UKV thing, but what I have read (archived) sounds "interesting".
