It all depends if theres a new version of the mini nova out which takes the nipple head fitting or not.
The version I have (i think it's a mini nova v2) takes the flat / open / nipple-less caps so mine are not compatible however, the ce5 and the vivi nova v5 share the same heads.
It might be a case of simply swapping the caps over but I've not tried doing it myself (even though it would be very easy to attempt)
