Sorry didn't expalin, firstly it's not a great fix, it just seems to hold the door on if the door is pushed down. I placed about 3 battery spacer magnets next to the juice bottle, when the door slides down then the magnet on the door catches onto those spacer magnets..
I have emailed reo mods to see if he can suggest anything

Just a little follow-up opinion on my Grand. Love it even more now I've found its now completely comfortable to hold and am now having no problems at all with the door moving up or down. After a few days use these problems just disappeared I don't very often completely fill the 6ml bottle as I like to change flavours over at least once a day. Filling it up is so simple, I like to put the Reo on its side so the tube doesn't touch the inside of the mod, and have it resting on the edge of table etc, keeps it out the way. Just waiting for my Cisco 510 to die so I can try out a 306 or a carto. I like to stick with one atty at a time or else I mix them all up or lose them Haven't even looked at my other devices since getting this. Been out with it in my jeans pocket without issues. So, hassle free so far, and probably the easiest mod around when it comes to faffing about. Put in bottle of juice and 18650 battery, attach atty of choice and thats it for the day. I'm using IMR (high drain) batteries and 1 seems to last me the best part of a day. Juice system works great. Can't find any problems at all with it. Not once have I tasted a dry atty on it like I would when dripping Brilliant.

Agree the Reo is brilliant.
It's all I use now and am so happy with it, I have tried LR510, LR901, Cisco 306 and LR cartos. They are all fab on the Reo, I think at the moment the 306 is in the lead though, I need to get new drip tips for those !
On the mini with the AW IMR batteries I need to change them over a fair bit, they seem to die quicker than other batteries.
It's just so bloody good :-)
I would love to own the full set, mini, grand and woodvil.....doubt I will though

Ditto ... Like it because it's rugged too, the vapour is brilliant and simple to use. I don't really want the bigger ones though, but that's just me

I have a refilling tip you might like.....have a square of bathroom tissue right there. Un-screw your bottle and slip the tissue under the tube while you fill your bottle.....Kind of like when you change a babys diaper ! Works great for me !

Oh !!! And.....shhhhhhhh! don't tell....I "tweaked" my door an ever so tiny bit to snug it up....
But really..if you wrap the battery with a round of electrical tape and make a handle of it (makes it easier to take battery out) it also snugs up the door....
There is a REO sub forum on ECF...is it ok to post a link ? Has lots of info for you and a fun "chat" thread.....

How did you tweak the door? Bend it?
I have the tape wrapped round the battery and that def helps
Still loving the Reo Mini...
