hi guys,
what a busy few hours it has been!
the spheroids went like hot cakes, however i have a handfull, literally a handfull for vapefest goers. These will be the last UK units until the v2 is released sept/october i beleive.
there are a few paps tubes left and thers still a few gp paps too.
Due to the nature of these mods (Not Mass produced rubish) the number available tend to be quite small, however the modder has said that the number of units produced in future will be increased so therefore there will be more available to me.
sorry to anyone who missed out, but i can only get what is available.

Thanks to all who have supported vapists vapours & vapist vapourizers and i can assure you, there are PLENTY of new shiny products coming over the coming weeks and months

1 gp paps delivered with extra 18500 & 18650 tubes, it now has an 18490 and a kick inside it and an odysseus on top and is steaming like the flying scotsman
Poweful little mod it is too, probably due to brass connectors at each end

The GP Paps is in 18650 mode running an 18490 with the kick sitting next to a much larger provari in 18490 mode

And this bit I love, Paps in 18350 mode next to a twist for size comparison and it's smaller than the megalodon in 18350 mode
And I thought the little piccolo was tiny!




The Paps is a well thought out mod, the locking switch and firing button work with a silky smooth action and the build quality is very very good. It's a powerful mod too even though it's stainless steel which is less conductive than nickel or alluminium. This is probably due to brass connectors at the battery switch and 510 center post. It's also got an adjustable 510 center post which is a nice touch and something that's missing from a lot of the high end mods out there.
It's nice and compact, in which ever mode you use it's not much longer than the battery that you put in it.
If you like bottom switches then I would highly recommend the Paps, in fact I believe that in 18350 size a side switch would be uncomfortable to operate even in a medium sized hand.
Excellent service again from vapist, no waiting and a nice dispached e-mail to let me know it was coming
The only gripe I had, and this is nothing to do with vapist, was that the threads on the 18650 & 18500 tubes that I ordered were full of gunk from the machining process and I needed to clean them out before I could use them, not something I should need to do no matter how much a mod costs
Otherwise I'm very happy with my Paps experience.

Regarding the 'gunk'
I belive this is the compound used to polish the tubes, and this has been present on a few threads. It has been noted by both myself and the modder and i have been told there will be strong words with the polishers.
Thankfully its an easy fix and not somthing that affects the mod once its cleaned off. But i agree it isnt somthing you should really have to do with a new product.
the GP boys are quite meticulous when it comes to their mods and take all comments on board. I hope the next batch of mods dosent have the same issue or someone is getting sacked!

Hi M8,

we have a few Paps left but no tubes for 18490 or 18650. We wont be getting any more of them as the production of them has now finished. GP are working now on the V3 Piccolo, V2 Spheroid which will be ready just before the end of september

Hoping the orion v2.1 will arrive by the weekend, they are en-route.
The Jugganaut is likley to be the back end of the month, fingers crossed!

However as with all these higher end units numbers are limited so be quick and dont miss out!!
