I am really thankful for this thread being started,big kudos to Andy and Saphire.I used the method in the video that Saphire posted and my coil is absolutely perfect :oNo hotspots,no funny taste,just a great vape with tons of flavour and immense vapour.I have gone from a frustrated genesis user to a very happy one over night :oI honestly thought that i would never get one of these atomisers set up well and was about to give up and sell them.My Aga S is now working great at 3.7v with a 1.2ohm coil,so fingers crossed it lasts.I really appreciate your posts guys,has helped me out alot and made me very happy.

what kind of cotton did you use, ian?

I tried it with the cotton from a cotton wool ball, was great till I burnt the bugga

I just used the filler from an old 510 cart,i just pulled it all apart to loosen it then did exactly as in the video.Still going strong now without any issues whatsoever.To say i am shocked is an understatement.Flavour started out good but it has got even better after a couple of hours,vapour is also superb.When I filled the Aga,i also gave the wick and cotton wool a good soaking and i have not had one single dry hit.I can't understand how a layer of cart filler could make such a difference ???I used the fag paper method and that never seemed to work for me,this seems to though.Early days yet though i suppose,will see how i get on and report back in a week or so.
