hello beeper,i have been smoking for 27 years,yesterday i was so pleased i only had 3 cigs,i am getting through 2 carts a day which i thought was alot but thanks to all of your help im not feeling guilty.I do get very breathless and wheezy through smoking so im hoping in time i will feel a bit better. I smoked for far too many years and my pipes sounded like an orchestra having a tune-up. From the first day of vaping the horrible whistles and clicks disappeared. I was a bit worried at first as I had a sort of tight feeling in my chest but that too soon vanished. It's amazing how quickly my smoker's cough cleared up and 15 months later it hasnt returned. I bet my neighbours think they've gone quite deaf!  Fox |
