pxr5 - Question please.... I found a Kreed Banana Shake recipe online which was 2 custards (4% each) and banana cream at 6.5% (per 100ml) which I mixed (along with the malted milk and candy floss/sweetner) - but now I've seen another recipe where the Banana Cream is 12%......hoping I haven't made a massive underflavouring Which one do you use, please? I use the one that Perpetua posted - that is 12% banana, 5% custard, 5% custard, 3% malted milk, 1% sweetner. hth. It's extremely yummy

Just mixed up 60ml Dinner Lady - Lemon Tart ..... thought that it was about time (probably 6 years overdue?!) to try!
Mixed at approx. 15%, .... when I eventually managed to get into the child resistant bottle! (Recommended 15-20%)

Postmodern Smoking - Would love to see a review on the DL if you get time, please? It's one I've read tonnes about and have always wanted to try (but would want it to have a super strong lemon kick!) Although I'm still on tenterhooks as to whether you liked the Kernow Black

Liking the unsteeped DL- Lemon Tart, probably better steeped.... but I tend to mix when I run out . Seems a well balanced lemon tart, quite a lot of nice tart pastry, bit of lemon filling (not overwhelming) and meringue on top. Mixed at 15% Although I'm still on tenterhooks as to whether you liked the Kernow Black

I mix it at 20% Andy . . . which is perfect for my tastes, I wouldn't say it's a ' super strong ' lemon flavour, but it is a lovely well balanced lemon to pastry taste at that percentage.
I'd heartily recommend you try it along with DL Blackberry Crumble, another one of my favourites from the range.
