Yes, but this is China we are talking about.

If I order BULK, they fall over themselves to make sure I get it.

If I order individual items (spares for the stuff I'm talking about) it may never come.

Actually, something did arrive for me a few weeks ago.....4 months late....

I had a couple of orders from Health Cabin that hadn't turned up for about 6 weeks. They refunded my money and asked that if the orders did show up would I pay 50% of the value! I thought that was very decent of them
