i brought 4 bottles of Glycerine BP Food grade (vegetable) from ebay and when they arrived its a different lable to the one i previously brought, which is mono propylene glycol, thay are both from APL Chemicals, any idea ?

Glycerine and propylene glycol are two different chemicals, and both are commonly used in our liquids. Glycerine is usually called VG and propylene glycol is PG. Liquids are often mixes of the two, plus flavour and nicotine.
What did you buy it for, anyway?

oh what an expensive mistake ive made, i brought 4 dam VG bottles (total 1000ML) and paid to get them sent next day delivery and it cost me £31 and i brought another litre of VG from another seller for just £6.49 free delivery. How can the prices differ so much, thats unbelievable

Its not so expensive sadie, put some of the VG up for swapping for PG or whatever comes to mind
