Hi all I've recently bought a couple of AW IMR 18350 batteries for my new Vamo, and I'm underwhelmed at their performance. They are only lasting about half a day of occasional vaping, which is frustrating. Is this normal performance? They are 700mah. I have now ordered an eFest 18650 3400mah which I am hoping will boost the performance significantly, and I can keep the smaller batts at home when I am in kicking distance from my charger! Your comment will be gratefully received! Andy

I think I heard in the reviews that 18350 would only last 1/2 day depending how high the device was set. 18650 should last a day and some.

Cancel that order for the 3400 mate, they are an extremely tight fit in the vamo. The insulation runs a very high risk of stripping and shorting the battery I get about 3-4 hours max from any 18350 so yours are performing OK.

Ditto from me on the run time . . . that's pretty good going, I could easily go through 4-6 18350's if I used that size exclusively in a day. The upside is, they don't take long to charge.

Panasonic CGR18650CH Fantastic battery which doesn't put false claims on battery power. its more stable than IMR so less chance of blowing up. They also tend to last longer too.

Apart from the safety comment on imr batteries I will agree with chill, those panasonics are great batteries

Having just bought a mini LT as a backup for my (held together with selotape) gripper, I was taken by surprise at how fast the little 18350's run out of steam. I have ordered two more so I always have a couple charged up, guess I got spoilt by the two days I could get out of the 18650

My pet hate that---I get really irrational when the battery dies--Its something I found out about myself that i don't like.I fly into a complete rage--I just can't explain it.So I only use 18650 in my vamo and also have an itaste mvp both have the life that satisfies my rage.

The AW's are as good as you can get for an 18350 and 700 mAh is an accurate indication of their capacity, but half a day or less is as long as that will last for most people. A decent 18650 like the Panny or the AW is going to give you nearly three times that capacity.

I have two of the more expensive of the 2 or 3 that seem to be most widely available. They don't last long, but they probably would do better at 3.7v. I mostly use them @ 4.2 on the LT.

Once I got one of these though, I found it fantastic... www.apolloecigs.co.uk/product-p/atubeminiext.htm
