Yep, once you have your Vamo, call a temporary halt and concentrate on juices (much cheaper!). Yep. Although I don't own a Vamo, I'm happy with my selection of batteries. That leaves more money for juice and the "fings-what-you-puts-them-in."

I'm not into shinies! The most exciting I've got is a twist with a V3 rebuildable & I'm happy as a pig in I do enjoy trying different juice though, but it means I've done what I set out to do & that is cut down on the cigs, well actually I stopped altogether after a very few days (even better), my lungs have reaped the benefit & my purse has a few more shekels in it.

Lucky you Jess! Although I must admit, now I have my Vamo, that's it as far as mods are concerned. I have enough tanks, Novas, spare atty heads and juice to keep me going well into February, so I'm quite content at the moment! Andy

Hi Kirrielad welcome to the forum bit late I know but hey ho it is Christmas and I've been a bit busy I've been vaping for exactly 7 months today and have saved £1860 less the couple of hundred spent on vaping gear... but I'm easy pleased and tight fisted... PS My Ancestors all come from the Glens Isla Prosen and Clova... beautiful countryside up your way. I'll be in Kirrie in January sometime as Sam Cobley is my dentist and I'm due a visit.

Vaping doesn't have to be expensive, but being a member of this forum is!! Today is my 9 month anniversary and I've kept detailed records of what I've spent and saved. Right now I'm saving about £300. That means I've spent a lot, but I have a lovely collection to show for it, I have found some all-day vapes and have a whole mixing lab to make more of what I like.

I try not to go daft and spend to much "when the wife knows about it" but I have managed a few ninja buys vamo and mpv for other people of course but my vaping budget tends to be about £20 a month but the money I have saved is paying for me to take my granddaughter to Majorce for her first holiday next is a small stock pile of juice and nova heads and parts

Ohhh gawd! Has anyone here found the perfect setup for them and with it, lost the urge to spend, spend, spend? ??? Yep!! got riva 1100 with the 2 batteries, took advantage of the free samples set and the 35% off offer so ordered about 3 months worth of e liq then last night re stocked with the 10% off and that should last me about another 3 months but bought parts that are reusable so they will last as long as they are looked after and so grand total arprox £100 but saved £300 in 4 weeks and only been vaping about 4 weeks properly ie gave up the real ciggys 4 weeks ago and my bank account has never looked so good, so moral to this is find kit you like and wait for the offers and stock up, at mo there is a half price offer on vapeline and 10% off vapescape so that is the time to buy and if no offers then don't buy.

I know I joke about spending too much on shiny things but the reality is, in spite of how much I've spent, I'm still saving a fortune. Now that I've got the vamo I feel I'm as happy as I need to be with vaping in that I never even think about cigs now. I'll still buy stuff of course, just might not need to spend too much I've been putting the money I don't spend on shinies away and now have enough to buy a much longed for telephoto lens for my camera. When I was smoking there was no way I could have afforded such a purchase. The health benefits of course, are priceless

You just have to be strict with yourself like me, I have set myself a limit of £20.00 a month week day.

I'm hoping it slows down sometime. I'm about 3 and 1/2 months into it. I've got 3 vv/vw mods, a mechanical mod, novas, kangers, 3 gennies, a big bag of juice and Diy supplies Perhaps it will reduce as I now have pretty much everything I need. Although I do think I really need a 14500 mod, surely and the spheroid looks nice..... I think though if money is tight then just get the most important things and limit spending. If you wait 6 months betters stuff will probably be out anyway, its that kind of industry.
