Looks like they have left customs in China and possibly on their way. You will know when it is in the UK when the location column shows UK and not a number. But be aware that Chinese tracking interpretation can be a bit Flaky, you can rely on it being in the UK if it says UK in the location column............................in theory  ;-)

just to say, my tracking number never tracked but received goods from china 8 days after vendor email saying shipped

Yes, Chinese tracking is flakier than a ............................................very flaky thing

My number is RB145354451CN. Still says opening has done for a while

just hope it turns up and has not been returned to sender

That one is hard to interpret, the chances are it is in the Chinese Customs hall, making normal progress through the system

The status on mine hasn't changed since the 7th either.

I've emailed just asking if they can explain what the tracking info actually means but no reply. I'll give it a few more days then just claim my money back via PayPal.

When the Chinese have a holiday,China is basically SHUT lol, they dont seem to work. Here is another good tracker.

My tracking number from fasttech which was shipped friday (RT175416177HK), is just coming up with 'sorry we could not find the page', that's with using the link in the email from fasttech and the link in this thread

I have a parcel coming from vapourbreak if I track with www.track-trace.com/post it shows as still in china customs, with www.17track.net/index_en.shtml it says same I think (somehere in china ), but with www.trackingkit.com/ it shows that Sunday it arrived at Heathrow

The item (RT175413290HK) was returned to sender on 6-Jun-2013.

So to sum up.....19 days after ordering my shipment is still in HK, this is pathetic

We are sorry to hear about the issue. I did happen to see that anotherorder from UK customer was returned which was shipped on 22/23th May. Is it possible that you could tell us the reason for returning?

Are they incompetent!!! How would I bloody know why it had not left HK and was returned to sender.....idiots...I can see this dragging on and on and on and on........

Sorry to hear that your having problems Upgrader. Was it the MVP you ordered. If you do come up with a reason why it was sent back, you will be a genius but I do hope fasttech will sort it out for you. Have you raise a paypal ticket yet?
