With inspiration from Todd I decided to try make a decent Spheroid type atty from the bits I already had.
The parts I used where a top cap and plastic tank from an Aga-T, the base from an Igo-L, metal drip tip, center tube from an old type clearo.
First I used a nut and bolt to put the top cap in a drill and using a large sharp drill bit for a cutter I took the threading off the top cap so the tank would fit inside, then I used some Epoxy to stick the tank inside the top cap.
Next day after dry I used the same large drill bit for a cutter again to bore out the bottom section of the tank so the base would fit, I kept checking the base for size but actually went a little too far and it was slightly a slack fit so I used an O ring from the Aga-T spares which fit perfect.
Then I drilled out the end of the drip tip with a 6mm bit so the tube would slot in, popped in some filler/wadding, made a coil + wick, filled it up with juice and it's working fantastic and probably vapes as good as if not better than anything i've got.

Not sure tbh but I'd say about 2ml ish. I'll check when I get chance but it hasn't been out of my hand since and not let it dry out yet.

Sounds very promising, might have a go at something similar at some point, don't want to sacrifice my Aga-T just yet though.

If you could get threading on one of the tanks then nothing would be sacrificed other than the tank. It's not something I was set up to do though. If using one from the new version out in Jan there'd be no need as it's a push fit top cap.

Didn't think of that, i've got 2 spare pyrex tanks for the Aga-T so don't mind having a play with the plastic tank, will see if i can persuade my engineering buddy to sort it for me.

Forgot to add that I drilled an airhole in the tank and filled the airhole in the top cap. Original idea was to drill the base and insert a section of filler needle tube for the airhole directly under the coil placement but i've not got any toughened drill bits so small.

Been using it all day today and it's still working great, the best flavour of any atty I own.

PS: got 3ml in the tank today.
