Not sure but if your car insurance asks about being a smoker? basically anything that asks if you smoke that you have a policy with it might earn us all a few extra pennies?

4 weeks, you have to blow into their machine a score under 6 consistently for 4 weeks then that is it they will give you a certificate on the 5th week to proof it, that's what my group are doing.
When l get it next Wednesday if you want l will put a copy of it on this site for you so you know the group etc to look for it that would help anyone?

Yes or you could do it through your docs surgery if they have a stop smoking nurse but l found my surgery nurse to big headed to work with and the group were a lot more relaxed about it all.
