Hi Guys Well it's now official !!!
i have been going to see a non smoking group at our local hospital gov run for months and they have tried everything they have to offer on me and nothing has worked until --------
THE E CIG came into my life....
Today l get my 4th week of blowing into their tube thing (similar l think to drunk drivers) and that will come up under 6 as l have not had any real ciggys and that then goes to the government dept and l become officially a NON SMOKER and to think for the past 41 years l have never been able to stop smoking no matter what l was tempted with, just goes to show the saying 'Never say Never' is very true.
so to any of you reading this and struggling don't give up you will get there in the end.

Excellent stuff, I've just thrown my tobacco out today when my vamo arrived. You've inspired me. This time next year I'd like to put non smoker on my life insurance.

I hope all at the non-smoking group know that you've finally managed to kick the tobacco using an e-cig rather than a throat spray, patches or gum?
You should give them some info on this forum, and some vendors too to persuade others to give it a try!

Yes they know it was the e cigs that did the trick as they ran out of things to try on me and when l told them i had given up with this they said they had no prob with them but as they are not tested they are not allowed to endorse them otherwise they would, and just so the rest of you know a 'Stickyfoot' means ~Certificate~

Yes or you could do it through your docs surgery if they have a stop smoking nurse but l found my surgery nurse to big headed to work with and the group were a lot more relaxed about it all.
