New Joye mod flat top controller & 18350 tubes

A new design has come out for the eGo Mod controller with a flat top. It works the same as the V2 - regulated or unregulated voltage choice. Just in stock here:

I have ordered from them before and they are pretty reliable. China post is from $4, depending on weight.

I have just ordered one of the older ego V2 mods -- If I had known this I would have waited for the new one. Ah well, just have to get a new one as well.

It's a tube mod, so different from the gripper, but you can get lots of different coloured tubes and they work pretty well.

Amazingly, this arrived today - 6 days by China post
Complete with a Christmas card and a rather nice keyring

The 18350 is very dinky and the controller looks much better than the previous version if you are going to stick a tank type attie on the top like a Vivi or DCT. It has an eGo fitting and this one will actually take a Kanger T3. They throw in a 510-eGo adaptor so you can use it with an eGo charger.

Yes I saw that but didn't order as I would be wanting to get the head, 18650 and 18350 tubes at the same time to keep the postage down from multiple vendors.

In the end I decided to order a head and 18650 tube from Health Cabin. It finally came today after about 3 weeks. I much prefer it to the V2. If the Aga-T2+ was 20mm it's be perfect for this mod. I just ordered 2 18350 tubes in silver as it's all they had left from Heaven Gifts for about a fiver each. I so wish Joyetech would make some 18500 one's, I don't understand why manufacturers either go for 18650 or 18350 and ommit the lovely 18500 size. Anyway, I've been using it for about 5 hours so far and it's been working fine with my Aga.

I am toying with the idea of buying a plain ss 18500 tube from Pink Mule made by Siam Mods, I think the price might be a bit overkill though for what is a cheapy mod but it would mean I can actually use my 18500's with it and not just my Sigelei Telescope.

So Dave, thank you for the info, if you hadn't posted it then I wouldn't have known about it, or should I complain cos you cost me money, hmmm, lol.

I've been using mine for approx 11 hours now with a Samsung 2600mah battery and only just changed it for a fresh battery, I vape a lot too. It has given me a constant and consistent vape all day with my Aga-T2 perched on top of it. I must say it has been the best £11 I have spent on vaping bits in a long time, Aga aside. I love it!
