I have 3 1100mah batteries and when charging 2 of them the blue light flashes and turns off untill charged,the 3rd one flashes but the blue light stays on when charging,is this normal?

Yes..different implementation of charging indicator in the circuit by different companies.. So long as the charger goes from red to green and the battery works normally it's fine..  |

Are two of them the same and the other different?
It got me. Rivas don't do anything after doing a quick flash. Spinners do the hokey-cokey and start a live disco by my bedside at night.
Don't panic....Mrs djs turns them off.
