Hi all I have one Mini Nova, and one regular Nova. I want to get another Mini, but want to be able to see at a glance which one's which, so want a new driptip. Firstly, would a tip fit both the Mini and regular Nova, and second, which type of tip should I buy? Is is a 510 I need, or is there another fitting? My regular Nova leaks at times, and I suspect it is where the driptip seals against the silicone cap at the top of the centrepost. I want to ensure that any tip I buy makes a good seal here to eliminate this possibility happening again. Your advice would be appreciated! Andy

Any 510 or 901 drip tip will suffice. As far as leaking goes the drip tip shouldnt have anything to do with it. The tank on top is sealed by the novas threaded top cap making a seal on the silicon on the atomizer head

Most 510 tips will fit Andy I have a couple that are slack in them but others fit fine. Your leaking problem could be due to the center post not being straight try taking the head off and see if the post is sitting straight if not just move it with a small screw drivers or similar until it is Hope that helps a little.

Thanks guys, I can now confidently order a fancy red 501 drip tip safe in the knowledge that it will fit!! Violetblade - thanks for that advice, the centre post does seem a bit wonky. Do I adjust it once it's in the tank, just before I replace the top cap after filling? Andy

No Andy strip the whole thing down so your left with just the metal base and look down the tube from where you would screw the head on you'll see the little post I mean just check that it looks straight if not just move it until you get it to look central in there. Another thing often people mistake condensation for leaking remove the drip tip from the top cap once or twice during the day and dry it out with a bit of tissue or kitchen roll.
