2 More Converts

A few months ago, I converted my next door neighbours to vaping & they are both still loving their Riva kits. Then on Monday evening the hubby of the couple that live next door to them came to see me asking if I could get hold of a "puffer" for them as he had had a quick try of the neighbours one

They just wanted the one kit to start with in case they couldn't get on with it They are in their mid 70's & hubby smokes approx 20 rollies a day & his wife smokes approx 40 ready mades per day.

Kit arrives Wednesday morning, so I popped round to get them up & running & we ended up sitting in their kitchen vaping away happily. They just kept saying they couldn't believe how good it was

Then today, hubby knocks on my door again & he is grinning from ear to ear He said they had both had just one ciggie yesterday & one more each this morning & they think they already prefer their "puffer"

Well done Chrissie, good deed for the year accomplished. Am trying hard with my neighbour. He saw me with mine, gave him a try and he loved it. Gave him all the info about this forum and where to buy his Riva kit...alas he hasn't yet gone for it..but think he will at some point. The time has to be right

Good on them Chrissie, most older people I know look stupid at my vaping, goes down better with the younger ones.

Sandra, I've found the opposite. At my workplace, we vapers are seriously getting close to be the majority. I'd like to think it has been partly my influence, as so many cannot believe I've gone nearly six months now and was one of the first to be seen with it. It's been the older ones, concerned for their health & wealth, who are prepared to give it a good go, and most have been successful.

The younger generation, however, have tried the cig-a-likes, but have given up. I can only assume they're getting stick from their 'mates' and are worried about their 'street cred'. Such a shame.

well done Chrissie. I am in the middle of converting my dog trainer / friend I have all the stuff here for her, ego batteries/charger/case/stabilizers that I won from vape escapeand 10 various juices from vaporbreak . just need to arrange to see her now and pass them on / show her the ropes etc

Haha, am i classed as a young one 23 here (btw i dont care about street cred, rather be healthy)
I'm the first at work to use one, I still stand in the smoking area as this is where all my friends are, but we have slowly gone from just me to 5 in 2 months, we are allowed to use them at our desk too, result.

I'm trying to convert some chain smoking friends downstairs...

Gave away my bolt to one...he's used it a little and likes it but not a lot.....But he has 24mg juice etc. think it's cos I didn't give him a charging cable....

M says he doesn't understand ecigwizard website and like doesn't want to come on here

Loads of folk I've mentioned to on the bus etc though

I gave the Virgin Media engineer who had come to look at our Tivo box this morning a vape escape leaflet as somehow we got talking about him wanting to stop smoking, I showed my little flowered ego and gave him a demonstration, he did say he had heard of them but had never seen anybody actually using one, so he got to see it in action and he said he would definitely look at the website, also showed him my LT and he said blimey that looks like a bong
