Hi, hope you’re all well. I’ve just popped in to let you know that I’ve let this domain name expire ( aae-c.co.uk ). Sorry about that but I felt the £30 for the next 2 years would be better used towards the appeals that will help the people suffering in this bloody awful war, which I never thought I’d see in my lifetime. Born in 1946 and can still remember ration books growing up! I’ve just had a new granddaughter to go with the two teenage grandsons, and I truly fear for them in the years ahead. 7 years today. Never thought it would work, until I had my first vape, and that was it. It’s still a habit I should kick but we need at least one vice don’t we? Plus it’s safer than sex, at my age, could do real damage if I even tried it!😩
Anyway regards to anyone on here that remembers my inane posts and hope you are all keeping well.👍

Just been sent a link from my youngest son (nearly 40!) who’s just come back from his yearly trip to the IOM TT practice week. Him and his mates came across this brood of ducklings, posted it on their FB page and it was picked up by the BBC. He is the one with the mainly white helmet at the front of shot. Raffles - I hope you enjoy them, Sir  They have certainly given a new dimension to my vaping experience. Received 5x10ml premixed samples (from BCL, all various tobaccos... thanks ghostrider1971 ) and at 0mg nicotine. Have only tried the Old Holborn so far, but have been impressed. Will order some fruit/dessert samples now to try, also nicotine free. Who needs nicotine? I think I just like “sucking & blowing” OMG did I just say that... DO NOT misinterpret  |

Well done Bobsbeer ... I’ve been on 3mg for ages, and can’t notice any difference from the 12mg I was on from the start of my journey. My problem has been that the flavours all taste the same after a while (ie not a lot of difference). I’ve now ordered some samples from BCL (as recommended by ghostrider1971 ) and all at 0 nic without the nicotine shots. If these don’t liven up my tastebuds then I’ll consider giving up altogether (never going back to the fags), having been so thankful for vaping to enable me to do so. |

Just watched their interview, and regardless of your persuasion (monarchy or republic), I think she'll be a breath of fresh air... brains and beauty. We all need a bit of escapism in this world today. The only problem I see is that the Queen will have to put a tracker on Philip! |

Happy Birthday AAE-C  Where have the years gone? Plus you're approaching 10K members, and although many will no longer log on (although it's still a great place to chill out), how many of those have you helped? Even a small percentage would mean a terrific influence on our healthier habits. As far as the Founder and the Mods (past & present), I did hear a rumour that it does take its toll in keeping everyone in line, and may turn you to drink . Below is a pic of one of them (not saying which!) after a night the spammers came out to play... or it may be a certain member from Scotland, not sure.   Anyway many congrats on this milestone and thank you.
