I've vaped my way through 3ml today.

I go through 2-3 ml a day at 22mg, I smoked about 20 Marlboro Lights a day previously. 12mg is pretty low nicotine.

As the aim is not to give up nicotine, but to give up fags I would say

- If it makes you dizzy or sick, the nicotine level is too high
- If it doesn't stop the craving for a ciggy, the nicotine level is too low

I err on the high side myself - as I know I am weak.

I like my clearomisers, some say the flavour is muted. Personally I find I get the best flavour from it, so yes, for you it cold be the clearo, some find cartomisers give the best taste and some say Vivi Novas.

Basically it's all down to taste buds so only trying them out for yourself will help.

I also find flavour muted in most clearo's. not in the vision nano clearo though.. Once they are broken in I get fantastic flavour from them

Vision nano? Where do I get these to try and will they fit on a 510 ego battery?

You might find that getting lower resistance (1.8ohm) Vision clearos (the rebuildable kind!) will increase the flavour and throat hit a bit. This is also an option with the Mini Novas and Novas.
I noticed a big difference in satisfaction when I swopped atty head a few weeks ago.
Might be worth experimenting with a higher nic level and some other juices too, just in case one of them hits the spot.

I also fancy trying the nano's. I believe vape escape has them, in fact I'm going there now to order, keep saying I will and never get there.

Your spending will abate once you find what's right for you. I spend £20/£30 a month now that I have spares of what I use most, just a little foray now and again like today when something looks pretty close to what I like.

I smoked around 2oz of Amber-Leaf a week, I started Vaping on 36mg/ml , 30mg/ml & 24mg/ml juice and would alternate between them depending on my cravings.

I would definitely say try other juices it took me a few tries to find the one that really worked for me (although I managed to stay smoke free)

Those Nano's do look OK and should be on par with the Kanger T3 / MT3's


Most get on with Vivi Nova's & the DCT's as well as the CE4 type Clearo's / Tanks if your using a eGo style battery and like them to look neat CE4's or the Nano if you like singing into the hair brush get a plinth & a Vivi Nova
