have recently purchased 'vg l & b ex high juice', i find it ok but could do with a better throat hit, any idea what i should go for?

Generally speaking you'll only get more throat hit with a higher nicotine level but as you're using Ex High, that's not going to happen. I'd try the Flue Cured from Paradise Vape.

However, it would help if you could tell us what setup you're vaping on.

I think Sean was most likely going to suggest you tried a LR (Lower Resistance) atomiser - they burn hotter. However, your Titan battery mAh is too low for them to work

If your juices are 100% VG that could be part of your problem. VG gives more vapour PG gives more throat hit. So maybe try a 50/50 mix?

Yep, I'd have suggested a low resistance atty... but you'll need a more powerful battery for that.
