Another satisfied customer of Vapeescape here. Yesterday morning I e-mailed Jason with a query and within 3 minutes he had replied. Placed my order at approx 11.00am, received 3rd notification email at 1.58pm saying it had been shipped and postman delivered my package just before 9.30 this morning. Excellent service! I know that Clouds of Vapour dont usually post on here, so I've posted thanks on the ECF forums but want to say that they were really brilliant regarding the difficulties that I had with getting a centre nut for my Penelope.

I had a look on their site basically as a last resort and was quite disappointed that they had a note on the GG section that they didnt ship Penelope or spares to the UK. I sent a email to them stating that I knew they didnt ship spares to the UK, but I was quite anxious to find someone who could as I was having problems in contacting the UK supplier and Imeo was on holiday. Jason at CoV replied the next morning saying that it was no problem and understood me being anxious with not being able to contact anyone and if I wished to order the spare needed, he would ship it to me. I ordered it on the 9th September and received confirmation within 30mins that it was on the way to the post office for shipping to me. When I got home from hospital on the 14th, there was a airmail package on the floor and it was my order Very speedy service from this company and complete lifesavers lol

So well done to the people at CoV, they're complete stars
