Can`t be too careful of mates promoting a friends website. Its happened many times, so going to be times when mistakes are made. Especially when in the only 2 posts John has made, he`s praising this website.

Would like to give Cassandra at pure vapour a mention. I ordered a mini ego battery and there was no sign of it after a week, I didn't panic as I know the post to and from Ireland can be a bit slow, anyway I did eventually contact Cassandra and she immediately organised for another battery to be sent out along with a bottle of juice for the inconvenience. We figured out that my postcode did not go into the form on the checkout page so the parcel had gone for manual handling and I know from experience that manually sorted parcels have a habit of being opened and the contents removed
I would like to thank Cassandra for great customer service and very swift response to my messages.
