Oh, and this isn't one of the unknown small suppliers, it is one of the big boys so this is why I have an issue. If the big boys get it wrong and wave a couple of fingers at us when this proverbial hits the fan then what chance do we have.....?

Personally I would be tempted to drop the manufacturer an email with the product details and the batch number and ask them if there had been any other quality issues reported. If there is any problems it is in their interest to have it brought to their attention and delt with as quickly as possible as the reputation of any company lives or dies on the quality of product they sell www.vermillionriverejuice.com/KentuckyVanilla-Blend-_p_39.htmlThanks everyone! Yes, we have already discussed batch numbers etc and they say they have tested them and they tasted a bit harsh but that was because the office staff use 12mg not 25mg. Now, I have been vaping this stuff for bloody ages and this is why I put my spend above, I do live on this stuff so I should know. I am getting a Nic testing kit, I am not going to trading standards because this will fuel an already smouldering fire concerning the public health aspect of vaping. I will however invoke my sister who is a senior partner at a legal firm if this doesn't get resolved, that should have a far higher shock to a company who is not prepared to take responsibility for their actions. In all honesty we are only talking about £30 or so, but as I said earlier it is the principle and safety of the thing. I am a European Customer Support Technical Manager for a big corporate company and if I started to treat my customers like this I would have my backside in a sling in seconds.

Nice - some are epic in there! They won't fit the Provari in 18650 mode though will they? States Standard so figured that was for the standard end cap only.

The latest collection looks more epicer than it did before Been steadily adding to it bit by bit What are you gonna replace that provari with? You could get a J wrap for it, I did with mine. Returned it to a decent looking mod Not sure about a replacement, keep looking at those Evic's but only with that tube combo you showed me last time. What is a J wrap? tried using the forum search function but it didn't enlighten me any further!

Blakey - Nope Penny has been languishing in a drawer for the past few month, just got a fist full of Evod's and just keep on rebuilding them. I am just about to start on a new mission to get some more kit, the old Provari is looking a bit beaten up so she needs replacing soon with another toy Where's this supplier you mentioned? Didn't see a link in your post? (Ah you edited or I missed it first time) How's you and your epic collection, what's the latest Blakey collection looking like??

Thanks - will take a look. Of course the supplier will probably say I tampered with them.... They have already eluded to that in an email exchange I have had. Just annoys me, they can see how much I have spent on the same product for over 12 months and all I get is a sub-standard response My partial Account page from that supplier: 100138664 05/10/2013 Tim £49.92 100132207 03/09/2013 Tim £46.64 100120366 01/07/2013 Tim £62.33 100112291 30/05/2013 Tim £60.07 Pretty much all for the exact same juice each time.

Hiya - long time no log on, sorry about that, I seem to have taken on the worlds busiest job and I am finding it hard to even see my children on a weekly basis let alone come on this fantastic site. Hope you are all well and some of the regulars remember me?!?
I have an interesting issue - I only buy one type of juice (Vermillion Kentucky Vanilla) and I have happily spent hundreds on the juices over the past year (mostly with this one supplier). I have never complained and never had an issue with their delivery or anything, always been world class. Until the last batch, I have 5/6 bottles here that to me firstly taste incredibly chemically and secondly I suspect that the batch has been mixed wrong and it has a huge amount of nicotine in it. I usually vape at 25mg (2.5%) so I am used to high nicotine but this is just ridiculous.
So I approached them via customer services and was given a rather curt response, so I gave one back and the Op's Director got involved. He has offered me a credit with his store but not for the tune of the bottles affected and also pointed out that I could return them but it wouldn't change a thing because they have checked the batches there and they are fine.
I know these are wrong, positive in fact, they have been steeping for weeks and have not changed colour as they usually do from a light orange colour to a dark almost brown colour.
What I want to know if what you would do in this situation? Is there any way of testing the nicotine strength in pre-made bottles? I want to get to the bottom of this because I feel a bit cheated because of the amount I have spent with them and initially all I wanted was for them to be replaced but they are unwilling to do so (well they are but only partially). It's not the financial aspect, it is the trust and principal of the thing to me. If you mess up and then expect to replace what you have messed up surely?
I'm not naming the supplier involved because this is their first mess up but I want to sort this out but seem to have hit a brick wall in what I can do next.

03303 numbers are just non geographic numbers normally used for call centres etc. Same cost as phoning 01 or 02 numbers.

Technical Project Manager for Capita - the pay is excellent (after some haggling), I have another interview with wiggle.co.uk for the same title tomorrow at 9am (final interview with directors). Will have 24 hours to choose between the two (very difficult). Ever so slightly excited at the moment - will mean lots of new shiney's if it works out And a nice lady to cook you a nice roast...will do wonders for the stress levels. Full of good stuff for your brain I'm the cook in this house, love cooking, the Missus teaches and that is pretty much a 7 day a week job so cooking falls to me and my kids (I'm glad to say) love their varied experimental dishes. Not many kids who would embrace fresh trout gutted by Dad, wrapped in prosccutio and served with asparagus and minted potatoe

Is there a good re-wicking vid out there? I guess it's a dismantle, 2 x 2mm wicks, wrap some wire round and drop one outside grommet one in?

Nope don't worry about destroying the thread tim... I want to be kept posted cos I care How very nice of you! Well the latest is I have to wait till tomorrow for an answer, the return email from the HR lady was the most formal I have had so far (all the rest have been very encouraging and informal). Maybe I'm over analysing the situation ??? What I need is several glasses of wine and to just forget about it for today

Hmmmm - had a bit of brain freeze today, didn't feel I performed as well as I should have done. I blame the weather today, it was dull and overcast Thanks for thinking of me - at least I have one to fall back on! My last interview went or appeared to go really well but didn't get it. I have had interviews in the past that I thought couldn't have gone any worse but got offered the job so don't worry about the brain freeze. When did they say you'd hear back from them? Well I got quite friendly with the HR ladies over the past 2 weeks and sent them an email saying that I felt there were areas I really messed up and others where I excelled at and that I was hoping they could see my absolute potential even though there were some negatives. She came back and said she was going to contact the manager and come back to me and then asked "If they were to make you an offer would you accept it?"...... I hear what you and Oneday are saying about not really knowing but I was getting fundamentals of Project Management wrong - something I shouldn't have. I'm just going to have to wait this one out....... Anyway - I'm destroying this thread with my job updates
