Sounds like interference from another wifi router in the nearby area, try changing the channel number of the router.

Sounds like you might need to add to your DHCP range. The accounts are not expiring and your "queue" gets full. Make and model of Router+firmware version please...

Are you comfortable logging into the router? If yes, have you done so and are you familiar with the interface? What security protocols are you using? WEP....etc. What channel number is your router using for WIFI? BT suggests using: channel 1,channel 6,or channel 11. 6 tends to be the default for most devices. Your router supports pretty much every wireless protocol. B/G/N being the big three. Are the wireless devices in your home a mix of all three protocols?
and finally, if you have been a customer for a while, you might be able to sweet talk your way into the new Version V box....Or be the squeaky wheel.. what ever works.. The tech you call KNOWS the box is SHITE. If they are doing an upgrade later this year (so I hear), they can just send the new box early...right? LOL Post here or PM.
Good luck sorry it's not "push red button once" simple..
