throat hit

is there anyway to get a bigger throat hit from ya juice ? ive got some right nice tastey ones here but they jus aint got no throat hit to em. their 24mg and compared to others ive had at this level, theres no throat hit at all, almost like vapin 0mg liquid.
at the mo im on 1.5ohm DCTs and a 900mah ego battery.
also, do other cartos/tanks/attys produce differnt attributes to the same liquid ?

what PG/VG ratio are your juices?
how often are you changing your DCT carto's and what make they? (Even at 1.5ohm I have had poor TH from certain carto's and they get worse over time)
Does TH degrade over the battery life or is it from the start of a fresh battery?

hello Ash pg/vg 30 70. almost a fresh battery and brand new this mornin cartos. not sure what make these are tho. usually get mine from one place and never had aproblem before. vapor and taste is fine jus lackin throat hit

PG is what gives the throat hit I believe, and VG more vapor- I think that's where your lack of throat hit might be as you said your using 30pg/70vg?

do you normally use 70 VG ? VG is known for weaker TH.

You are already at a high nic level which helps with TH.

RE: carto's, I've had same resistance from diff suppliers and the difference was like night and day.

"throat hit" when vaping depends on a number of factors:

1. The juice - Flavour - some flavours (menthol, cinnamon, aniseed etc) give more throat hit
2. The PG ratio - generally the higher the PG the more throat hit
3. The temperature of the vapor - higher temp = more throat hit
4. The nicotine content of the juice, once again generally higher nic gives more throat hit.

With your set up i'd be wanting to use a 1.8ohm coiled atty/clearo/tank, or move to a variable voltage device.

Finding the right combination for you is what most of us strive towards.

Get yourself a Twist or a Vamo or another VV device is what i'd recommend.

What about a lavatube v1? Someone just recommended this, can't seem to find where I could get one though? I can then vary the voltage I'm very new to this and kind of struggling with the battery/voltage etc talk so sorry if I come across really stupid!
