He has upped his game mate, I dont think you will get any problems, I think yours was the only one like that, and that was when he had new staff.

I just had him on chat it was all going well, then when I asked when he could ship one to me all communication stopped

He is packing parcels at the moment I believe, I was the same with him. He would be better off without that chat box unless he can put someone on it all the time. Dont forget, there are frequent disconnects on those chat boxes in China.

yes you only have to look at some of the prices on alibaba and wonder how they become so expensive even after shipping & taxes to buy in uk,maybe there is huge overheads running a ecigg company in the uk

I think that is a thing we shouldnt forget as well, you cant have prices like this and loads of staff and overheads. He works really hard for long hours, that is where the cheap prices come from as much as anything. He just has to get the balance right now.
