When I got married back in Oct 2011 (at the age of 22) the first bit of advice I was told and took on board is just let them think what they want. IE sometimes it is better to agree to disagree.

Not to mention my wife is South African (no offence to any SA people out there) so she is rather high strung

A man will spend £5 on a £1 item that he needs.

PARKING:

It's perfectly acceptable to drive into a parking space (an empty triple space would be preferable) and to keep moving forward until you hit whatever is at the end of the space. Afterall, they're called 'bumpers' for a reason right?

My hubby got a new car a good few year ago and went on and on about 'oh it's got great this, that and the next thing'

I had to take it to work one night.

Got home, said to hubby 'you know how that car has great this and that, well it also has great bumpers!'

He said 'What '

I said, 'yes, the bumpers are fab, I've just hit it off a wall reversing and there's not a mark on it'
