ecigwiz based in Peterborough (used to live down the road) and it's an area of a high immigrant population, so English not always a first language.....but from my dealings they generally seem nice guys who work at ecw

Their website was a nightmare the other night, think their site was experiencing problems, my PC really got messed up trying to order, was up til 4am - I was determined, or more like desperate!
It wasn't my PC as my family also have 2 others and the problem was not me! Managed it in the end! But AOL kept saying the site didn't exist, but got into it on the laptop, My other PC keep locking up on their page but was fine on every other site!
It was a total nightmare, customer service was prompt and professional, but very business like and robotic without any friendliness , not like Daz or Jason or Callum or especially Freddo at Mist e vapes, now he's absolutely wonderful! Thats what makes return customers. ECW have no personality or people skills. this message is just standard, but rather funny! Reminds me of how the Chinese web sites talk! I'm convinced that they have Eastern Europeans working there. In fact their company has a German HQ
Still good prods not bad prices and got 20% the other night, so worth losing sleep for! Jules
