Yep happy to talk about it at LSE meet. As has been said we'll need someone who can check the venue out beforehand. Could anyone not manage to get to Ipswich? I know it's a bit further but there's a good train station there and would mean I was able to find a good venue. It's not just whether we can vape needs thinking about but also is it big enough to accommodate us all, does it feel ok etc.

I could get to Ipswich but its a very long way from here. Once I get my car I am very happy to go investigate any venues people come up with. I don't have much else to do with my time right now so might as well do something useful. If we can come up with some ideas at LSE we can take it from there.

Does someone want to take over organising this - as I have so much on at the moment (planning wedding, volunteering as secretary for a non profit organisation etc) and also am not well and currently fighting hospital admission, I feel like I cant give it the time or energy it deserves.

I'm sure we can organise it between ourselves so nobody has to bear the brunt.

I can't afford to drive round the county looking for venues but I'm sure if we all get our heads together we can sort it out. Maybe it's gonna be someone's Birthday so we do one near them or something like that.

LOL... well it wont be near me and bc then coz mines the week after the London one and BC just had hers

You right Sue, i dont think it needs that much organising at all. Being a mini meet we just need pub/venue, transport and our good selves.

Well I don't think I'm going to make the London meet - It's all looking too expensive for my finances.

So maybe we can get an Essex meet organised cos I'd love to meet you all

Yep don't think I'm gonna be able to make London either. What we need to do is work out who lives most centrally amongst us and see if they can find a vape friendly pub near them. As said am happy to do some research near me but that would mean almost everyone has to travel!
