Womble, wise as ever.
I remember the bad old days of my "other" forum, when we could almost certainly ruin a company overnight. I used to like the "power" of the internet in that respect. However, this can be abused, so I think I'll draw a line under the whole matter.
You never know, something might arrive tomorrow......

It amazes new in the vaping world the amount of people who think terrible service or under par items are ok. It wouldn't be accepted in the real world! Equally I think many of our vendors go way out of their way for us in ways that are not found in other businesses. The praise generally outweighs the complaints many fold.

I wouldn't draw a line under it if the juice is that bad and the vendor has already offered to replace it. But I would email on a daily basis, for a few days at least, then if they didn't reply, I might name them, with the facts and the facts only.

I've had offers of assistance on here way above the call of duty. Those people know who they are and I take my hat off and all that.

Djs, I'd be grateful if you could PM me to let me know which vendor you are having issues with, just in case I hear of others having issues as well. My main concern being their poor communication with you.
